Advisory Solution Consultant, IT Asset Management

The Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory specific to a particular industry vertical (e.g., Healthcare & Life Science).Serve as a thought leader on IT Asset Management (inclusive of hardware asset management, software asset management) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for ServiceNowDevelop and maintain strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams to provide and advocate for product enhancements, roadmap additions and to relay feedback from the field & customersCreate and own programs that enable / train Solution Consultants and Sellers to demonstrate the value of ITAM and EAMCreate and own efforts to generate and mature ITAM and EAM pipeline for customers within the United States (e.g., webinars, in person events, workshops)Contribute to and maintain a showcase of ITAM solutions created on the ServiceNow platformAssist the sales personnel in qualification of customer needs and performing business value assessments to determine value for clientsDemonstrate of solutions - both standard and tailored - to prospects and existing customersRespond to requests for information / proposal (RFIs, RFPs)Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospectsSupport Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, summits, practitioner workshopsStay current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow solution to ensure we keep ahead of opportunities, obstacles, and challengesUnderstand business and technical problems addressed by the product including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.Up to 20% travel required
