Accounting Manager - Real Estate

Description I have partnered with a real estate firm that is seeking an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for accounting within their development team and have supervisory responsibilities. They are working on a hybrid office schedule and this role compensates from $120 - 135K + bonus. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications. Maintain and update customer credit records as needed. Annual Estimates Mortage payments Oversee the auditing process and ensure all financial statements are accurate and compliant with regulations. Handle billing functions and resolve any related issues promptly. Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management. Manage financial transactions and processes related to commercial real estate Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
