Sousa Design Architects is seeking a Chief Technical Architect to join our collaborative architecture and interiors firm. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented leader with a passion for multi-family, residential, and/or hospitality design and construction. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding projects from conceptual development through construction documents and into the field.
Key Qualifications:
15–20+ years of relevant experience in architecture
Professional architectural registration required
Professional degree in Architecture
Expertise in all phases of design, construction documentation, and construction administration
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Excellent communication—both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation
Advanced proficiency in residential construction
Aid in development of design staff
