Responsibilities and tasks
Customer interface, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, etc.
Office admin tasks
Invoicing and data entry
Requirements
Positive attitude /good people skills
Great communication skills (phone and written)
Great organization and time management skills
Computer skills, a plus
