Job Description
The Production Manager coordinates production activity between the salesperson, the customer and the crew. It is essential to our operation that all the right people are in the right place with the right supplies and equipment. Additionally, you are responsible for the hiring of new Trade Partners, helping assign proper crew chiefs, implementing and presenting proper paperwork to the Trade Partners.
Typical Workday
Check and return all phone messages from office staff/customers
Check and return emails from customers
Get updates from each crew chief
Communicate updates to Senior Production Manager & Resource Planning
Preview jobs with Crew Chiefs
Assist on Project Consultants on Measure calls
Update production notes in CRM
Provide backlog report weekly with Production team
Job site visits to support Crew Chiefs
Order Supplies, make sure job specs are followed
Follow up on receivables
Help Identify training needs

Compensation
We offer a full benefits package including Simple IRA, vacation, etc. Starting salary 60k depending on experience, certifications, etc.
Requirements
Valid Drivers License
7 years experience
Proficient English (Portuguese a plus)
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a Drug Screening
