We are a growing full service landscaping company seeking an operations manager to help us run our day to day operations. This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone highly organized with great leadership skills. Some of the tasks of this position include meeting with clients about ongoing work and potential projects, managing crews, checking on completed jobs and following up with customers, doing regular site visits at accounts to check on quality, and providing support to our daily operations. We are looking for someone that has experience working as both a landscaper, as well as some management experience. Someone that has great customer service skills and great communication skills. You should be proficient in most areas of landscape maintenance. You should have knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment. Basic plant knowledge is a plus. Any experience with small engine repair would be an overwhelming plus but not expected or required. Most importantly someone that is a team player and will help others around them succeed.
We are a well established company and we have a great working environment. We are a tight knit group that relies on everyone doing their part. The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday with an occasional Saturday. Work life balance is important to us. We are off and paid for all major holidays and have additional paid time off. We have a simple IRA plan that is company matching. We also have bonus opportunities.
