Opportunity for a results oriented, self-motivated individual to actively manage real estate and loan portfolios, provide analytical support for new acquisitions and assist the executive team. Responsibilities include reviewing each asset, developing and implementing asset value maximization plans in a cost effective manner and reporting the executive team.
Position requires attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects and excellent written communications skills. Must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and MS Word. Knowledge of real estate valuation, notes, mortgages and other financial instruments a plus.
