Oversees all daily financial operations for a property management tracking income, expenses financial records and reporting.
Financial Record Keeping:
Accurately record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, invoices, and payments.
Maintain detailed and organized financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Prepare financial reports and statements.
Prepare for quarterly and year-end tax preparation.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Process invoices and payments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor outstanding invoices and payments.
Software Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
