PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Work shall include Removal of existing BUR system to roof deck and installation of new insulation and cover board, installation of 2-ply SBS modified bituminous membrane, new flashings, roof edge metal, etc… Existing drains to be inspected and replaced if damaged, otherwise replace drain hardware and reflash. Existing metal roofing remains as is. Replace gutters and downspouts with new, including heat trace. Coat existing stucco / EIFS wall panel areas as identified on drawings. Other miscellaneous items to be done as indicated.
Hite Roofing seeks MBE/DBE/WBE’s for: Roofing Material Supplier (423330, 423310, and 425120), Roof Drain Replacement Contractor (238160) and Plumbing Contractor (238220).
