PROJECT: Eastern Allegany Early Childhood Center at Washington Middle School

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Work for this Project shall include the Eastern Allegany Early Childhood Center Addition to Washington Middle School to house the Pre-K and Kindergarten classroom spaces with support spaces as identified within the Contract Drawings. Work also includes demolition of adjacent spaces needed to attach the addition to the existing building. Sitework includes new parking and drop-off areas, utility improvements, relocation of utility lines, fencing and other improvements. Mechanical units shall be RTU with piping extended from existing boilers and chillers. Plumbing to connect to existing as noted with new lines for storm and sanitary to connect existing utilities. Electrical shall extend from existing panels to the new addition including security, fire alarm, communications, power, and emergency circuits.
