The Global Tools and Storage division seeks a dynamic and motivated Associate DEWALT Experience Manager to join our team in Towson, MD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer engagement through the planning and execution of events at our Customer Experience & Innovation Center. You will collaborate closely with the Director of DEWALT Experience to create memorable experiences that showcase our products and strengthen customer relationships. You’ll get to:
Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of customer engagement events, workshops, and demonstrations internally and externally.
Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with end users, customers and visitors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met during events. Gather feedback to continuously improve the DEWALT experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, channel, sales, and product development, to align event strategies with overall business objectives.
Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment management, and coordination of materials and resources needed for successful events.
Content Development: Assist in the creation of engaging content and presentations that effectively communicate the DEWALT brand and product offerings.
Apply Insights: Continuous learning of construction trends, applications, methods, and solutions with a focus on key trades for DEWALT and apply to event production plans
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for DEWALT, promoting the brand’s values and mission during all customer interactions.
Communication: As needed, lead R&D and tours of Customer Experience Center to both internal
Activity Ownership:
Execution of event setup and teardown
Ensure NPD samples are onsite and to the latest designs available
Backup lead presenter
Construction application definition working with Product Management

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in event planning, customer engagement, or marketing, preferably within the tools or consumer goods industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to deliver formal presentations to customers and groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and customer experience.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Experience and ability to do physical work complete setup and teardown of product demonstrations including use of power tools on a regular basis.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
