I am currently looking Salesforce Tester for one of our clients. Below is the job description for your review. Please let me know if you would be interested. Title: Salesforce Tester Location: Rockville, MD- Good to have locals with remote/hybrid Duration: 5+ years Must clear Public Trust (7 years of bgv, employments, SSN trace, Criminal, and credit) For H1B must be in the US for last 3 consecutive years (Prior exp of HRSA is a huge plus)/ Healthcare Service or Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) agency experience must/ Or Federal Health IT exp is must Required skills:

• Over 7+ years exp.

• Salesforce Tester will assist in defining Salesforce testing strategy, develop and analyze test plans, create, and execute test scripts, communicate issues/findings, manage defects, document test results, generate test reports, conduct release readiness reviews, and review documentation. Some of the key tasks include:
• Test planning and test execution of Salesforce Applications
• Analyze requirements, design documents, and use cases in order develop, modify, and execute test cases/scenarios to ensure functional requirements have been satisfied.
• As a Scrum team member, work with developers and business analysts in a team oriented, collaborative environment to ensure quality throughout the development cycle
• Participate in all projects related meeting including scrum ceremonies, daily stand-up meetings, working sessions, etc. Maintain documentation of test results and execution status to communicate to Scrum Team and Project Stakeholders as needed.
• Tracks quality assurance metrics such as test execution %, first time pass rate, defect densities and defect count and provides information to Project team and Stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines, deliverables, accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
