Location:Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior LivingOak Crest is a beautiful 87 acre continuing care retirement community located in Parkville, MD. Oak Crest is the 2nd largest continuing care community in the United States. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.The Rehabilitation Technician is responsible for the clerical duties and support of staff within the Rehab Department.Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $17.00 hourly.How you will make a difference:

Ensuring the resident care policies and procedures are followed in compliance with applicable quality of care standards.

Assisting clinical rehabilitation staff with the preparation of treatment area, customer transport (ambulatory or wheelchair) to and from the Rehab department. Assisting with patient treatment only under the approved supervisory rules and regulations pertaining to each discipline.

Maintaining the cleaning, maintenance, and inventory of all Rehab equipment.

Scheduling rehabilitation appointments.

Consistently and appropriately responding to the needs and concerns of residents, families, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.

What you will need:

High school graduate or GED required.

Experience working with geriatrics preferred.

Requires an independent, self-motivated, organized, and flexible individual
