Compulse, the creative agency arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management of top-tier, key accounts. This candidate must have digital experience. They need to be proactive, a multi-tasker, positive, and solution driven.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Take on top tier account managed accounts
Experience in oversight of the daily optimization of campaigns such as Paid Search, Paid Social, and programmatic.
Must be able to assist in managing client relationships while working along sales teams.
Must be proactive in researching and analyzing a client’s digital landscape and performance, identifying new opportunities and presenting those ideas to clients and sales teams
Assist with client needs and requests ensuring all campaign requirements are set up correctly and executed in a timely manner
Help mentor the agency’s account management team
Work alongside the department manager to help build retention plans, prevent client churn, and work proactively to retain lapsing accounts across the department
Must become an expert on the agency’s digital offerings and developing an understanding of media plans
Must be comfortable training clients and or sales reps on digital products
Must be able to lead client meetings around project status and marketing plans
Will work with agency vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns
Will be responsible for post-campaign analysis and reporting and must be able to deliver those results to clients
Must be comfortable participating and engaging on company/team/client meetings (in person or on camera)
Must be able to proactively stay up to date on marketing trends and solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ Years-experience at a digital marketing agency or publisher as a Digital Account Manager
2+ years of working on top-tier accounts handling senior level client relationships
2+ years of experience managing social campaigns
2+ years of experience managing Google AdWords campaigns
Must have advanced knowledge of programmatic
Must be Google certified
Must have experience in communicating with clients directly
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Must be able to read and interpret analytics
Must be able to work at a fast pace and have good time management skills
Must be available and responsive by phone, email, IM and video calls
Must be self-motivated, proactive and highly organized
