FP& A Manager/Supervisor

Description Our client is seeking a Contract Financial Planning and Analysis (FP& A) Manager to join their dynamic finance team for a temporary assignment.Position Overview:As the Contract FP& A Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities of the company. You will work closely with the finance leadership team and business partners to provide insightful analysis, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure financial targets are met.Responsibilities:Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.Provide variance analysis and explanations for actual results compared to budget, forecast, and prior year.Prepare and present financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management.Collaborate with business partners to understand key drivers and trends impacting financial performance.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial planning and analysis processes.Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
