Entry Level Structural Engineer - Bridges

AECOM is actively seeking to add a Structural Engineer for our Hunt Valley, MD office.  Our business focuses primarily on providing professional and technical services in engineering design, code consultation, and construction phase services for a wide variety of clients both in the private and public sectors.  We execute large and complex engineering projects and provide a comprehensive range of professional planning and design, systems engineering and technical assistance, program and construction management, and operations and maintenance services. This position is expected to begin as soon as possible.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Performing assignments related to the design, analysis, rehabilitation, and inspection of highway bridges and ancillary structures.Preparing engineering-related calculations and developing drawings and visual aids.Performing condition inspections and/or field instrumentation of highway bridges or other structures in a variety of environments including confined spaces and at height (proper training and personal protection equipment will be provided).Working under the supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member.
