Position Overview:Critical Power Group (CPG) is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Information Processing Associate / Data Operations Clerk to manage and maintain the integrity of critical data for our mission-critical projects. This role involves entering, verifying, and processing information to ensure seamless operations and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

Verify and cross-check data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Process and manage documentation related to projects, procurement, and client interactions.

Assist with generating reports, summaries, and data analysis for internal teams.

Organize and archive physical and electronic files for easy retrieval.

Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary data and clarify discrepancies.

Follow established data management procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data or documentation.

Support project teams by providing timely access to accurate information.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

1+ years of experience in data entry, information processing, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.

Strong typing skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with database management and record-keeping systems.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and departments.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications).
