Manager of Optimization under the Enrollment Enablement Marketing team. Focused on support and optimization of the customer experience through enterprise solutions and technology. Primary focus on customer experience and stability. Identify and support initiatives and technology updates for continuity, functionality, and overall experience to increase throughput. Equip employees (sales team) with tools needed to achieve optimal performance. This will require strategic thinking, strong project management skills, organization, problem solving and an enablement mindset.Ensure the overall health and efficiency of customer experience.Assess health and function of systems, evaluating optimization and efficiency and identifying solutions.Collaborate closely with Quality Management and Operations to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives for the regional sales teams and marketingUses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise, effective presentations and reports.Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provided user acceptance testing for technology implementations.Champions new technology/process innovation around Enrollment platform for reducing lead costs, enhancing the Prospect/Student experience, and streamlining processes.Identifies and helps implement technologies, in partnership with IT, to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.Performs other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.
