The Customer Service Tailor is responsible for hand stitching, embellishing, finishing, handling and packaging garments while also serving as the first point of contact for clients. This role combines expert tailoring skills with strong customer service, ensuring clients receive high-quality products and a positive overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Take client measurements and provide style, fabric, and fit recommendations, when necessary.
Handle garment fittings, alterations, and custom tailoring requests, when necessary.
Advise customers on design choices, dress care, and styling options.
Manage client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Process customer orders, track progress, and provide updates.
Assist with fabric selection, accessories, and sales when necessary.
Ensure garments meet quality standards and client specifications before delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records, invoices, and order details.
Keep the work area and customer service area neat and organized.
