Honest Abe Home Services is looking for the BEST HVAC Residential Service Technicians!
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 5 Years experience in Residential HVAC Service and repair
Excel at customer service and be able to articulate clearly to clients
Exceptional diagnostic skills and be able to perform all necessary repairs
Ability to perform PM's and offer clients preventative maintenance items
Growth orientated and looking to constantly improve
Reliable and timely
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing components.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate service calls and optimize workflow.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair procedures clearly.
Follow company policies and procedures
