Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced One-Call-Close Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a preference for those with in-home sales experience. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their high standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home sales presentations and consultations to potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable paint products and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience; in-home sales experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the paint industry or willingness to learn.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
