Seeking polished professionals with a ‘can-do’ attitude and who has excellent communication skills to support the Real Estate Brokerage owner daily.
Regular attendance on the job and punctuality are required.
Daily duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer telephone calls, including taking accurate messages and ensuring messages are forwarded in a timely manner to the correct point of contact.
Handle contracts, copy, distribute, and file
Arrange meetings for Broker, including dealing courteously and effectively with staff, and clients.
Real Estate experience would be helpful
Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Real Estate applications such as Bright, Dotloop, Exit Memo, Constant Contact, Canva, and social media would be helpful.
Create and edit spreadsheets using Excel
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to work independently and/or in a group setting
Maintain strict confidentiality
Pay is commensurate with experience & qualifications.
