As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Real Estate Team Leader.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a background in real estate to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Real Estate Team Leader. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, proficiency in real estate processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Real Estate Team Leader, ensuring optimal time management.

-Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the Team Leader and internal/external stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism.

-Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit documents, and reports related to real estate transactions.

-Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

-Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the Real Estate Team Leader as needed.

-Meeting Support: Assist in preparing materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

-Real Estate Support: Utilize knowledge of real estate processes to provide administrative support.

-Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues that may arise, exercising good judgment and discretion.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Proficient in real estate industry software.

-Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

-Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
