Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the sole operator in our office, responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling communications, and assisting with property management-related duties. The ideal candidate thrives in a solo work environment, possesses excellent multitasking abilities, and exhibits strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with property management tasks that support our staff nationwide

- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.

- Be on site for client visits/inspections

- Manage incoming mail, including sorting, scanning, and emailing to the correct parties.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.

- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

- Work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- Be reliable and self-sufficient

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus.

- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers).
