Job Description:
The Operations Administrative role is responsible for supporting the growing Operations Department. This role is instrumental in supporting Operations Managers to correspond with field staff and meet client needs, especially scheduling and staffing.
Essential Operations Administrative Assistant Job Functions:
Support the Operations department administratively by communicating with Operations Managers and cleaners in the field for various needs
Assist the recruiting efforts as needed
Approve employee timecards in ADP for certain large company accounts
Assist with site supply orders as needed
Assist new hires with the onboarding process via ADP
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Experience and Skill Requirements:
Written and verbal fluency in both ENGLISH AND SPANISH
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Multitasking capabilities
&Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, leadership skills, and sales skills
Experience working in a multi-state, mid-to-large size company (500 employees) a plus
Must be proficient in basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite
Experience working with unions a plus
Experience working in the commercial cleaning industry a plus
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma required, but a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or relevant field is a plus. Customer service: 5 years (Required)
