ServiceMaster Janitorial by ASAP is looking to hire cleaning associates in Columbia, MD
Please read very carefully.
It's highly preferred that you live in or near Columbia, MD 21045 since this is a part time job and would like to keep your travel time to a minimum.
Note: this position is meant to create supplemental income and not to be your primary source of income.
Responsibilities will consist of:
Perform all cleaning duties for one office & events facility using provided uniform, products, tools, and procedures.
Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
Requirements
Must Be authorized to work in the USA.
Must Pass Background check and drug test.
Have own transportation.
Ability to speak and understand English.
1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required.
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Must be able to work without close supervision but follow directions.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.

Schedules and Compensation:
Shift Schedule: Flexible Evenings Hours mostly after 9pm
Wednesday- Friday – Saturday - Sunday
Pay $15.5/hour
You will get paid bi-weekly
Our Payday is the second and fourth Friday of each Month.
