Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mowing Foreman to oversee and coordinate landscaping and groundskeeping activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and supervising a team.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of crewman and laborers
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, garden maintenance, or related field
- High attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Strong organizational skills to plan work schedules effectively
