Elkridge based grounds maintenance company is seeking a landscape foreman to join our growing company!
Job Role:
Must be able to supervise and lead crew to maintain high quality work standards
Communicate with management to ensure clients expectations are being met
Train crew members to follow company standards and guidelines
Maintain safe working conditions and comply to company equipment safety guidelines
Qualifications :
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in lawn maintenance
Operate commercial-grade landscaping equipment - Zero turns, Stand Ons
Ability to be a leader and train team members
Drivers license & DOT card
Complete criminal background check and drug screening
Willingness to learn and advance
Great attitude and ability to communicate with clients when needed
Overtime will be required in the Spring months. Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays.
