Responsibilities include:
Must be a team player and independent self-starter
Ability to problem-solve and work under time constraints
Assist Executive Director with projects
Working directly with Care Coordinator staffing homecare shifts and entering in system
Building relationships with clients and caregivers
Manage incoming calls
Recruiting - seeking caregivers, hiring and onboarding
Verifying credentials and preparing HR files
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years office experience
1 Year's experience in staffing/scheduling
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Attention to detail
Must be a team player
