We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our small but growing team! This role is essential in recruiting, hiring and coordinator caregivers to ensure high-quality care for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Recruit and Hire Caregivers: Post job listings, screen applicants, conduct interviews and manage onboarding
- Caregiver Scheduling & Coordination: Match caregivers with clients based on needs, availability, and qualifications
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain caregiver licensing, training and background check records
- Support and Communicate with Caregivers: Act as the main point of contact for caregivers, addressing concerns and offering support
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, update databases and assist Executive Director as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting, care coordination/scheduling and office administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Knowledge of homecare and caregiver experience a plus
