Hands on restaurant manager needed for POULET, a very high-volume fast service cafeteria style restaurant at Green Spring Station in Lutherville (Falls and West Joppa Road). You must have own reliable transportation.
This job is not boring! This manager must be a team player with experience in running a high volume/fast paced restaurant. Duties will include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health regulations, inventory control, ordering from multiple vendors, scheduling, light office duties and employee training and supervision.
We are open 7 days a week and you must have full availability. You will share the schedule with one other Manager.
Schedule is full time, 5 days a week. Days off are one weekday and one weekend day - negotiable.
Some cooking experience and multi-lingual in French and/or Spanish is a big plus but NOT required. Must be able to work cooperatively with our management team, have excellent customer service and communication skills and a neat and clean appearance.
