Growing air conditioned wholesale bakery looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who's ready to take charge, lead our production team, and bring new ideas to the table.
This is a leadership role for someone who's organized, practical, and willing to try new things. You'll manage day-to-day operations, keep orders on track and develop new products to expand our dessert lineup.
40 hours per week - Monday thru Friday - No weekends
Typical hours are 8-4 but we are flexible.
What we're looking for:
Leadership ability - Able to think ahead
Keep production facility clean
Hold weekly meetings with staff to discuss importance of food safety.
Be ready to roll up your sleeves.
Have a creative mindset- willingness to test new recipes and ideas
A "make it happen" attitude and good common sense and works well with others
