Come join our chef and rising star, Amy Hessel at The Tilted Row, a neighborhood gem in Bolton Hill. We are searching for an experienced line cook to join our team.
Line Cook must have:
Minimum 4 years experience in a fast paced kitchen
Knife skills
Grill expertise
Knowledge of proper sanitation
Consistency in recipe execution
We have an open kitchen with guest interaction, so a smile goes a long way. Must have flexible availability including Sunday brunch. We are open until 9pm on Weekdays and 10pm on Weekends so no late nights.
