Caves Valley Golf Club – Guest Services Supervisor
We are looking to add a Guest Services Supervisor to our team. The applicant must have some experience in club or hotel settings. This is a very hands-on position which helps direct the check out and check-in flow of our members and guests daily. The applicant must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task and be a team player. The candidate must be able to think quickly and be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
The candidate must be able to work weekends and have flexibility in regard to scheduling. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
Make or review cottage and Clubhouse rooms checkout
Make or review housekeeping daily work schedule
Review luggage tags for the day and make the tags for the following day
Check with the day manager for any changes made in the schedule
Meet, and greet guest services staff as they arrive, communicating pertinent information for the start of the day
Lead in the checkout of cottages and rooms; making sure all luggage is properly tagged for transfer to appropriate locker rooms
Do a room sweep of checked out rooms to make sure nothing was left behind, check to make sure nothing was broken during guests stay
Inventory refrigerators, bars, and snacks to be restocked
Communicate with housekeeping when rooms or cottages become available to clean
Make sure all dirty linen and trash have been removed from the cottage
Perform clubhouse room and cottage inspection to make sure they are ready for check-in
Lead or assist in checking members and guests into rooms and cottages
Continue to follow up on and assist in tasks that still need to be completed for day
