Lebanese Taverna Restaurants Group is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for its Baltimore location.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 successful years in up-scale/casual kitchens or equivalent. Experience in Middle Eastern cuisine (particularly Lebanese) is desirable but is a plus.
Requirements:
- Assures accurate production of menu items to recipes.
- Supervises, expedites, and participates in cooking during service periods.
- Orders and takes delivery of ordered items and ensures proper storage of grocery, produce, meat, poultry, and fish.
- Possesses expertise in butchery, bulk production of recipes and the ability to inspire and train others.
- communicates clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management
- Displays a love for food, a passion for cooking, joy in providing gracious hospitality and a dedicated work ethic.
- Provides quality service while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Coordinates weekly schedules with G.M.
