Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays.
Must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the light rail or bus route.
GROCERY STORE-ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER-Full Time/Health Benefits
· Management experience in a grocery store a must.
· Prior assistant store manager experience preferred.
· Ideal candidates must have proven customer service, selling skills, food industry experience, and effective supervisory success.
· Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance.
· Able to oversee the front end of the store and all departments
· Help with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock shipments.
· Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet market demands.
· Help with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
