We are a small live entertainment venue attached to The Bluebird Baltimore and am looking for a Floor Manager to join our team.
Our floor manager will:
- Lead by example
- Keep things clean and organized
- Have experience with ordering and inventory
- Prepare and plan for events in advance
- Be able to do basic bartending
- Be self starters
- Be clean, consistent and accountable
- Drive our staff to live up to service standards
- Mentor and train new staff
- Work to keep costs down
- Educate the staff on service techniques
- Maintain a level of professionalism at work where people are managed with directness, kindness and respect and all gossiping is kept to a minimum
- Set a standard on what a healthy work place looks like.
