The Bluebird in Baltimore is looking for Experienced Craft Bart Manager.
The Bluebird is a Craft Cocktail Bar located in Hampden just off the Ave. We are expanding our programs and are searching for an experienced craft Bar Manager to help lead our team.
The cocktail program focuses on preservation techniques, fermentations, whole fruit/whole root utilization using locally sourced and sustainable products. We are a single use plastic free FOH. We make and cut our own clear ice in house, have a lab to work out of to R&D new menus items and ideas.
