Our client is an established and growing company in the area that offers excellent benefits, great work environment and a very competitive salary.In this role you will be working on projects for the Salesforce Service Cloud supporting Customer Service Agent Productivity and will ensure agile best practices are utilized relating to planning, execution, and resource management while achieving specific project goals and outcomes. Working on the Project Management team, you will share the responsibilities for developing, maintaining, and improving agile project management methods, templates, and tools.
Experience:- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Agile Project Management experience
