Description A Robert Half client's creative team is in need for operational excellence within the marketing function to improve project management, streamline processes, and maximize resources. By introducing a contract dedicated Creative Operations function, Creative aims to achieve continuous improvement and alignment between strategies and execution. Objective: Optimize Creative operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and project management capabilities.Expected Deliverables:

Situational Assessment Report

Streamlined Value Stream Mapping diagram/report/infographic

Change management and upskilling plan for project managers (Gap Analysis, Capability and Accountability, Predictability, scalability, resiliency descriptions)

Refine Creative team charter based on recommended improvements. (Establish Function description)

Recommendation on Agile implementation

Measurement Framework

Template implementation recommendations

Responsibilities:

Establish and optimize Creative operations to drive operational excellence and align with organizational goals.

Conduct situational assessment to document current state, identify gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Serve as the process “Internal help desk” during the duration of tenure.

Determine and document team lead times for creative products and project management tasks.

Lead value stream mapping exercises to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.

Conduct gap analysis to identify breakpoints and develop remediation plans for process improvement.

Upskill project management teams on best practices, tools, and processes to enhance performance and drive operational excellence.

Define roles, responsibilities, and processes for the Creative team to clarify objectives and guide implementation.

Define measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal initiatives.

Drive accountability, predictability, scalability, and resiliency within the marketing function through process optimization and best practices implementation.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in business process management, data analytics, and project management.

Workfront experience is required.

Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and a 'can-do' attitude when responding to multi-channel project requests, company leadership, and the internal creative team.

Experience leading matrixed teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

Empathy-based management approach to empower teams and foster accountability.

Ability to drive change and facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.

Familiarity with marketing technology tools and platforms is a plus.
