Description We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources with a particular focus on employee relations, leave management, benefits administration, and experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now or Workday. The successful HR Generalist will be instrumental in maintaining a positive work environment and fostering a culture that values and stimulates employee growth and development.Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement.
Oversee leave administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Administer benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
Use ADP Workforce Now or Workday for HR related activities and reporting.
Conduct regular audits to ensure proper compliance with all internal and external regulations.
Coordinate and deliver training and development programs for employees.
Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities when necessary.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive work culture.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a focus on employee relations, leave management, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or Workday HR systems.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of federal and state leave and benefits regulations.
