This unique opportunity allows you to enjoy the security of full-time employment and top benefits while maintaining your flexibility, enhancing your skills and enjoying a variety of diverse clientele.Responsibilities: Assist with software implementation of Sage Intacct Collaborate with the team in building dimensions for the Sage Intacct implementation Ensure smooth transition with the accounting and finance teams Manage the integration of the payroll system, ADP, into Sage Intacct Maintain and update the General Ledger as part of the software implementation Actively participate in the office during the implementation phase Assist in managing the software implementation ensuring a smooth transition Play a key role in managing the transition and ensuring all the necessary steps are taken for a successful implementation Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure all financial and bookkeeping functions are properly transitioned to the new system Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure all are informed of the transition and new processes.Requirements Proficiency in Sage Intacct software is a must for this role Experience in software implementations is crucial Knowledge and understanding of General Ledger is required Candidates should possess strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance sector, is beneficial Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy are key attributes for this position Proficiency in other financial software or systems is a plus Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team Candidates should have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure is essential Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required.
