- Hybrid schedule with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite at Baltimore, MD
- Work Schedule: 40hrs/ week
- The contractor is responsible for operational tasks, reconciliation reports, go through and addressing customer inquiries through email mailbox, researching customer data and running SQL queries to proactively identify issues.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience.
- Strong MS Office Suite Aptitude (especially MS Excel)
- Experience with Customer Information Systems.
- Experience with pulling & interpreting Data.
- Be a quick learner, adaptable and accountable.
- Possess great verbal and written communication.
- Experience with SQL queries.
- Knowledge of EDI (used on the gas side) or XML (used on the electric side)
- Utilities or Retail Energy industry experience
