Description We're looking for a data analyst who will play a pivotal role in extracting, cleansing, and analyzing data, then crafting beautiful and informative dashboards using Power BI or Tableau. Your insights will be the love letters that guide our business decisions and drive success.
Develop and execute SQL queries with precision, extracting data from various sources like Workday, leaving no stone (or row) unturned.
Be the data detective, performing cleansing and quality checks to ensure your findings are flawlessly accurate.
Uncover hidden trends and patterns, analyzing data with your eagle eye to reveal valuable insights that will make hearts melt.
Become a visualization virtuoso, designing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, showcasing your findings in a way that's clear, concise, and utterly captivating.
Collaborate with your dream team, partnering with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to turn data into actionable recommendations that Cupid would be proud of.
Stay at the forefront of data love, continuously learning and growing your skills to ensure you're using the latest tools and techniques.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data extraction and transformation tools.
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and experience with Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
