BookKeeper 3 days a week for start (Shady Side)

I am looking for a book keeper who does books and Filing all files, who can also type and do letters, take payroll enter bills in system make files -Pay taxes withholding everthing a book keeper will do , its daily filing every morning all 3 days , amd this may move into full employement , No Smokers i can not have someone going to smoke every hour. No personall calls during day , no facebook or emails, Must be a team player and must be able to do spread sheets and profit and loss statements. I am a drywall construction Contractor here in Maryland small company . I need a team player 18 an hour with taxes if you need tax free we can talk . I need someone that can fill in and take over .
