Responsibilities
● Prepares and analyzes financial statements
● Reporting of A/R, A/P, invoicing, bank reconciliations
● Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and general journal postings
● Direct interaction with clients and managing client relationships
Qualifications
● Knowledge of accounting practices
● 2 years experience with bookkeeping/accounting
● Computer savvy; ability to learn new software (Note: Willingness to train the right person on Quickbooks and other accounting platforms)
● Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
● Initiates work and undertakes multiple projects on own with success
● Works well in a team environment with the ability to complete assignments independently
● Prior experience with CPA firm a bonus
4 Day Work Week - $26.50/hour
