Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to perform a wide range of systems engineering services to ensure is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program-Wide responsibilitiesThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team with multiple opportunities for upward advancement The program delivers critical capabilities to counter current and future threats, enabling the next generation of capabilities worldwide. By applying game changing cyber technologies through agile development methodology, we enable battlefield dominance for our Warfighters. Serves as an expert and assists lower-grade personnel and provides technical guidance and information to meet requirements. Review, assist and mentor lower-grade employee's work for quality, accuracy of work. Perform a wide range of systems engineering services to ensure the is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and similar Program-Wide responsibilities, including, but not limited to:o a. Capabilities analysis;o b. Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts;o c. Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS);o d. System and/or software integration, platform integrationo e. Interoperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems;o f. Technical or operational testing;o g. Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities;o h. Configuration management, planning and strategy meetings, program review and coordination meetings;o i. General systems engineering, systems implementation planning and system test and evaluation services;o j. Prepare specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, testing, simulations and reports;o k. Review engineering output in the areas of systems level operation and maintenance procedures, performance improvements criteria, tools assessments, metrics management, quality assurance, configuration management, technical orders, and maintenance practices;o l. Conduct systems engineering trade-off analysis;o m. Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all the systems level requirements to provide an integrated solutionSkills and Requirements Active Secret Clearance must have ability to get SCI Minimum of 8 years experience, 4 years of direct relevant experience may be substituted for education Experience with planning, implementing and managing SharePoint tools and staff processes for Configuration Management Experience writing, maintaining, and training SOPs for Configuration Management Experience providing engineering support to acquisition programs including SEP, TEMP, Trade Studies, RFI analyses, CDRL reviews, DODAAF artifacts, Risk Management Knowledge of MIL-STDs, technical aspects of acquisition frameworks and compliance monitoring  Knowledge of Electronic Warfare, RF Theory, or SIGINT preferred nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
