TheProgram Manager/Cyber Security Leadwill be responsible for providingInformation Technology mission support to ensure the protection, availability, integrity, authentication, and confidentiality of The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) located on The Aberdeen Proving Grounds.This is a great opportunity that will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.TheProgram Manager/Cyber Security Leadwill manage a large team providing cyber security risk assessment, assessment and authorizationlifecycle support, software assurance, incident response, and compliance validation. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment and as such requires knowledge and expertise of cyber security operations as well as relevant Army policies and procedures. The role will also include serving as an expert in all matters related to system IA as a member of a large program team and the ability to perform as a leader for a team of security professionals.Job Responsibilities:

Provide oversite for system administration, engineering efforts, andsustainment for existing and new government IT systems.

Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery teamoverseeing our team and work closely with our government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement.

Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.

Provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities including technical support, cyber security, IT operations, CAD, and telecommunications.

Serve as thesenior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.

Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery teamoverseeing our team and work closely with our government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement.

Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.

Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.

Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.

Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.

Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.

US citizen

Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a T3 secret clearance.

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Ten (10+) yearsof experience applying cybersecurity policy, planning,implementation, and verification that covers risk management, IA, A&A, and vulnerability assessment.

Five (5+) years of Program Management and lead IT Enterprise Management experience in an IT help desk-centric environment.

Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.

Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.

Preferred:

Active T3 security clearance

PMP (Project Management Professional)Certification.

Army Network Enterprise Centeroperations experience/knowledge.

Experience leading programs of 30+ technical staff.

Experience supporting government contracts.

Experience in information technology that includesareas such as desktop hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, computer networking-Local Area Network (LAN) /Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, SharePoint, virtual machines, and video teleconferencing.
