Cornerstone Building and Restoration is in search of a senior carpenter with 7+ years of experience to join our team. Cornerstone is a high-end construction and design company based out of Portland, Maine with a focus on residential renovations. Our job sites are all located within the greater Portland area.
If you have 7+ years of carpentry experience under your belt, a good work ethic, and want to work with a small, tight knit crew, then Cornerstone might be a perfect fit for you.
We offer paid time off, health, dental and vision benefits, as well as retirement options.
The crew works 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with a half hour of unpaid lunchtime.
Pay range for a senior carpenter is $35 - $45/hour, commensurate to experience.
Cornerstone is currently offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000 after 1 year of employment
(Note: the sign-on bonus is dependent upon performance and attendance and is at the discretion of the supervisor.)
