Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our production team as a Sewing Machine Operator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, producing high-quality gear, and thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
No prior sewing experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training in:
Lean manufacturing principles
Safe and efficient machine operation
Ergonomics and workstation setup
Full product assembly
A successful day at Flowfold includes punctual attendance, meeting production goals, contributing to our daily team huddle, and helping maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
Sewing or textile experience (preferred, not required)
Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Accountability and attention to detail
A team mindset and willingness to learn
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $17–$18/hr, negotiable based on experience
